If an employee feels doubtful about contacting a manager or fears harassment or other retaliation the CR Group Whistleblowing channel is an alternative means of reporting the suspected deviation from the Code of Conduct. If the employee chooses, this report can be made anonymous.
All reports shall be taken seriously and investigated where necessary. There shall be no form of retaliation (termination, harassment, discrimination etc.) for reporting in good faith deviations from the Code of Conduct or participation in the company’s investigation of a complaint.
Reporting through the CR Group whistleblowing channel can be made through the whistleblowing function, WhistleB.
The WhistleB whistleblower service is also accessible to individuals and companies, including suppliers, who may not be employed within the Volati Group.
