We develop tech for trust

Trust is society’s foundation.

Our vision is to strengthen a sovereign and resilient Europe by developing technologies that safeguard critical functions and reinforce society’s resilience.

We call it:

Tech for trust.

Established in 2022, as Europe reassessed its defence priorities following Russia’s full‑scale invasion of Ukraine, CR Group set out to create an ecosystem for Europe’s most trusted technology leaders. Our starting point was formed with the acquisition of Tutus in 2023, strengthened further in 2024 through the acquisition of Westcode — later integrated into Tutus — and expanded in 2025 with the Dutch leader in secure communications, Sentyron. These milestones are the backbone of the Group’s build-out and strengthen its contribution to a more sovereign and resilient Europe.

The meaning of trust

Security begins with uncompromising protection of information at every stage of our work. It is a discipline that guides all our activities, from design to deployment. Through advanced encryption and rigorous data‑protection standards, we ensure that sensitive communications remain shielded from intrusion and manipulation. This is the foundation on which trust is built — the first and most essential line of defence for every mission‑critical system.

Reliability means delivering performance that holds — not just in ideal conditions, but in the moments when it matters most. Our systems are engineered for continuity, predictability, and resilience, ensuring that critical communication and data flows remain stable even under pressure. By combining rigorous testing with proven architectures, we provide capabilities that armed forces, agencies, and critical infrastructure can depend on without hesitation.

By developing solutions that are independently governed, built on European standards, and trusted by national approval bodies, we help strengthen Europe’s strategic autonomy and its capacity to protect itself on its own terms.

By openly communicating processes, standards, and responsibilities, we enable informed decisions and strengthen the trust placed in our systems. It is a commitment to clarity in every interaction — with customers, authorities, and partners.

It is a commitment to acting with integrity in every decision, ensuring that our solutions strengthen security without compromising rights, values, or democratic principles. By upholding strict ethical standards, we reinforce the trust placed in us and the legitimacy of the systems we help safeguard.

Partnership

Armed forces rely on relationships that endure pressure, adapt to new threats, and hold steady over time. We follow the same principle. Partnership is a cornerstone of our development, built through long‑standing collaboration with defence forces and governmental agencies who trust us to deliver when it matters most.

Below, you can read two perspectives on what partnership truly means in practice — from more than 30 years of cooperation in the Netherlands, to the role of a VSI‑COMSEC actor in Sweden, where trust, continuity, and national‑security responsibility define every decision we make.

Sovereign Europe

From two core markets, we serve clients across the whole of Europe and are scaling with a clear ambition: to develop local tech champions that contribute to a more sovereign Europe. In every country where we operate, we act as a trusted national partner — combining local presence with European‑level capabilities.

Europakarta

The European defence industry is expected to experience solid growth 2025-2030, fuelled by geopolitical tensions, EDIS and more. Hence, our primary market is the defence forces in our priority geographies.

CR Group supports governmental agencies across Europe — including police forces, security services, and national authorities. This represents a growing segment that operates under the European Cybersecurity Act, NIS2, and domestic data‑sovereignty laws. We adapt and apply the capabilities developed for defence to meet the operational, regulatory, and security requirements of these customers.

Critical infrastructure such as energy systems, railroads, air traffic, telecommunications network, healthcare, financial industry etc. are regulated by the European cyber security act, NIS and domestic data laws. CR Group is well positioned to provide secured communications technology to these sectors. There are also selected applications for enterprise security where CR Group solutions can be used.
