At Sentyron, he focuses on strengthening secure communications and resilient cyber capabilities, contributing to CR Group AB’s broader mission of supporting Europe’s critical infrastructure ecosystem.

Andrew Musters

Andrew Musters is Senior Advisor at Invest-NL, supporting the Management Board, Investment Committee and deal teams on investment matters.

He also represents Invest-NL on the Supervisory Board of Sentyron.
In parallel, Andrew is Chief Investment Officer and owner of Suvretta Investment Partners. Previously, he held senior investment roles at Robeco, RobecoSAM and ABP. He began his career in mathematical business modelling at Eindhoven University of Technology, bringing a strong analytical foundation to his extensive investment experience.

Johan Svensson

Lieutenant General (Reserve) with extensive leadership experience across the Swedish Armed Forces and the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration (FMV).

His career spans senior responsibilities in defence procurement, capability and unit development, training and operational readiness. From 2017 to 2023, he served as Chief of Production of the Swedish Armed Forces, with responsibility for developing and maintaining Sweden’s military capabilities. He serves on the board of Tutus and is also a member of the Royal Swedish Academy of War Sciences, contributing extensive strategic and operational defence expertise.

Björn Nobel

Senior defence and industrial strategy leader with more than 40 years of experience across the Swedish Armed Forces, the Ministry of Defence and the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration (FMV).

His background combines military leadership, strategic materiel planning, defence procurement, R&D and system management, international cooperation and export control. Björn brings extensive experience from the interface between government, defence and industry, with particular focus on sovereign capabilities, complex defence programmes, Nordic cooperation and long-term capability development. Björn is a retired colonel of the Swedish Armed Forces.

Benoit Passard

French-Swedish CCO/CMO with more than three decades of international executive experience across B2C, B2B and defence.

Most recently, Benoit served as VP Communications at Saab, contributing to major international campaigns during a period of growing strategic importance for the company. Previous roles include CCO at Rockwool Group and CCO/CMO at DeLaval and Kalmar Industries/Cargotec. He began his career at Volvo Personbilar Sverige and holds Master’s degrees in Business Administration from IAE Nantes and Sociology from Nantes University.
