CR Group is pleased to welcome two new members to its Board of Directors: Micael Bydén and Charlotte Eriksson. The appointments strengthen the board with deep experience in defense, national security, and digital services. These are all areas critical to CR Group’s continued expansion and mission.
Micael Bydén is the former Supreme Commander of the Swedish Armed Forces (2015–2024), bringing decades of leadership in national defence and a deep understanding of the needs of CR’s core customers. His long military career includes a background as a fighter pilot in the Swedish Air Force and extensive leadership roles within Swedish and European defence organizations.
Charlotte holds a degree in Engineering Physics from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and has held executive roles at Bain& Co, AFRY,CEO at Softronic, and is currently serving as CEO of Generate Group, a Nordic software engineering company. Her leadership experience in software development, listed companies, and Nordic-scale organizations will bring valuable insight to CR Group’s ongoing development.
