With a strong background in leading technology companies and a proven track record in scaling service organizations, Charlotte Eriksson brings valuable experience in software, digital transformation, and operational leadership to the CR Group board. Her appointment adds key expertise as the group continues its European growth journey.
Charlotte holds a degree in Engineering Physics from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and has held executive roles at Bain & Co, AFRY, CEOat Softronic, and is currently serving as CEO of Generate Group, a Nordic software engineering company.
Across her leadership roles, Charlotte has consistently focused on building strong, agile organizations capable of delivering complex digital solutions to both public and private sector clients. Her experience spans listed companies, consultancy firms, and high-performance engineering teams, making her well-equipped to support CR Group’s continued evolution as a leading European cybersecurity group.
